ABOUT KARLA

Karla Goettel’s soprano voice serves her in a career of extraordinary range. She has toured the United States, singing opera, musical theatre, concerts with orchestra and solo recitals. Her recitals have taken her from Denver and Boulder, Colorado to a tour of the east coast of Florida ending at the famed Flager Museum in Palm Beach.

9/1/08: SOPRANO SOLOIST WITH CEDAR RAPIDS SYMPHONY

The Cedar Rapids Symphony Orchestra opens its 2008-2009 season with a historic performance on the lawn at Brucemore on September 20th. Karla Goettel will be the featured soprano soloist in the performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.
